I have finally done a “Thrash The Dress” session. Even with fantastic lighting, it is tougher then I had imagined. I am thankful that my virgin shoot of such is with lovely Ben & Cheryl, and with the much appreciated help from the friendly crew of Southern Comfort. All you guys are great, especially that super hot mummy.

Today’s 50th Golden Marriage Anniversary really touched my heart. The church rededication was simple but so… sweet. Them being such a cute couple, I am confident that their video will be marvellous. I wish all my couples to be as much in love as Jimmy & Mary are.

Got meself a LED video light. I prefer to shoot discreetly and keep my halogen video light in my pocket for extremely dark places only. This new light is only for outdoors when focusing is a problem.

No one around so i tested for white balance by taking my clock with 1DMK2, ISO 800 and ISO 100 with light. A bit strange, neither cool nor warm.. like purplish red. For the sake of photographers, i think this light needs some warm filtering.

Dear Saint, you can forget about mounting it on your camera. It is a little too big, heavy and unbalance for photo cameras.
